With todays numbers, the average trading volume has ballooned to 1.6M shares the past 4 days. A good friend of mine said it looked like the stock was "in play". Nice to see the elimination of some weak hands.

Hi. A good friend of mine invested in Eltp came up with a nice idea. The $5m could mean the company is being sold to this new big pharma he brought up. He was paid in 2026 so it does not show up in the buyout year.

Another friend said it could be related to buying the warrants. We wil see if he gets another $5m in August.

What would be involved in removing the Rat as CEO? Would it need to be initiated by the board of directors? Could shareholders hold a meeting and demand his removal?

Five million bonus. Million play salary and Mikah profits he’s already making it. He’s in no hurry. The board is not doing its job. It’s like they have a get out of jail free card when it comes to their fiduciary responsibility. I’d like to see what my lawyers think about a potential lawsuit. My opinion

Jammy32,  I don’t think Nasrat should be fired. I do agree that he is making out very well as CEO of ELTP.   Keep in mind that Nasrat is the largest shareholder of ELTP.  He wins big if ELTP shareholders win.

What concerns me is Nasrat has literally been talking about the Nasdaq since 2018.

He floats our being acquired. Why ? What did he think would happen when he had no news

He mentions last minute that a big Pharma is coming for a look. What happens when August comes and he says nothing

He gets a 5 million bonus while the stock loses 60% in one year.

Carter has to spend time explaining these warrants. Crazy also, what are the tax implications for Nasrat. He pays less on a lower stock price

HGilS,  FWIW I think there is a reasonable chance we get material news on or before the next conference call. Nasrat was very clear that he feels ELTP needs to get off the OTC one way or another.  The caveat is negotiations on M&A can take time, often more time than expected.  Details matter.  Sometimes the best course of action is to walk away.  In the meanwhile, Elite products continue to sell impressively well in a very competitive environment.  There is no reason to accept a bad deal.  

August will be Nasrat just kicking the can down the road. He needs to be fired. I’m sorry to say this but 82 cents to 34 cents in 12 months and then to get a five million dollar bonus - cmon

He’s not helping shareholders at all. Only him and his boy Plashe have made out here.

Why even mention the big Pharma company Is he really that thick. What does he think will happen in august when he says nope , no interest Down we go again.

Is there a poison pill ? If someone really wanted us they would start buying these shares if they’re really as undervalued Nasrat likes to make us think they are.

Also stop with the manipulation. Someone is selling. They’re tired of nasrats same old lines. We are a real company. Guess what slick, real companies don’t let a ceo own 25 percent of the shares. Real companies don’t have CEOs who have a side company (MIKAH) where profits are shared and a real company fires a ceo for losing 50 % in market value in one year

My opinion

Hi Jour, on this topic of the August results and teleconference I beg to differ. Actually I strongly disagree as I have this date engraved in my brain: 15th of August 2924 as this is the date of the teleconference at 11:30 am that changed the course of my life after listening to the teleconference and reading the transcript twice I decided to go all in on all my trading accounts and buy Eltp and convert all my ira and 401k shares to Roth.

That was the conference where Nasrat announced one drug every 6 to 8 weeks including Vyvanse.


I believe that by August this year we will know if the new big pharma suitors is a real prospect and by then we will know if moving to Nasdaq is happening and by when.

Q1 cc is mid-Aug, but rarely is anything new divulged. We will be able to gauge financial momentum for the new fiscal year. 

Realize that our issue with the share price is an ill liquid market. Most of the holders won’t sell, as we all know it’s worth more than the current share price. Anyone who has significant volume, cannot sell and take profits as it tanks the stock. They may want to take a little off the table, like Epic who owns 100 million shares prox, without crushing the share price. They may take good news as an opportunity to take a small piece off the table, or a steric move. I believe this has been happening the last year or so. Weather it’s restricted stock or not, there are enough, legal/sketchy ways to do this wo selling? Hope all is well with everyone’s 4th. I’m here for the long haul, 2-4 years as this is a spectacular company. Hope we sell early for a fair price, above 2 soon, if not, I expect, we will get more if we have to wait.

Nearly a week on and it’s like the last CC never happened. Pumpers still pumping, fudsters still fudstering. Nasdaq and buyout dreams still out there. Yet what is the truth? Only time will tell. It’ll be a long wait for us in otc limbo, At least six months. or is it hell?

Our M&A agent tells us there is another large company that's interested right now, okay? We will accommodate them, and we will see what happen, okay? If a positive outcome results from that, we will update you on it.
