Your assumptions seem very logical, but until the Transfer Agent gag order ends, management has allowed for a lot of assumptions.

37 days since the last share structure update and no mention of an acquisition that was due to close no less than nine days ago. Are we on summer holidays now? Should we expect an update after Labor Day?

Retailers have every right to draw these conclusions.

Bubble tea isn’t the disaster. It’s the fact that Coogan and Papaleo switched transfer agents and colluded with them. They have shut off share structure updates for the last 3 weeks.

The change of TA was clearly for this purpose, as with the former transfer agent, updates occured even during dilution.

This does raise concerns over transparency and managements commitment to being ethical.

Oz, the 3.3billion is prior to Billy and Company having an all out assault on shareholders and diluting 1.6 billion shares?
It seems as soon as Billy and Ricky walked in the door they doluted 500k worth of cash?
Yet? They couldn't use any of that cash for the BMR deal?
The canadian promoters keep screaming about preparing for a new increase O/S because they will be paying it off in shares not the previous dilution?

No one has mentioned a reverse split on this board more than you, which is quite ironic given Coogan has committed not to reverse split the stock.

How exactly would a reverse split help fix dilution?

At this point in time I believe EARI has a market value between $ 985,000 and $ 1.02 million with 3.38 billion shares outstanding against a ceiling of 50,000,000 authorized shares, lots of room for future dilution. Coogan is supposedly freezing said dilution and cutting dead weight such as Blossom Water and Neo Water. I know that a reverse split has been mentioned here in the past which would raise stock price but have little effect on the value of the company . Reverse split does however help to fix dilution.

Care to explain what a third party promoter is?
