Twenty years…… You always fail to factor that “building phase” of the equation. Twenty years of total, abject, flat-on-the-face failure.

News flash. not so good for the short crew...... so far $DBMM has executed EVERYTHING they said they would.

DBMM has stated in many updates:

1. They would uplevel to the QB level. Have they?
2. They would uplist to the Nasdaq level. Have they?
3. They would expand into multiple cities in the U.S. Have they?
4. They would expand into Asia. Have they?
5. They would expand into the U.A.E. Have they?
6. Linda has stated that DBMM would have $1M in revenue this fiscal year. See any new clients signed on in the last 12 months? Have they increased revenue production at ALL in the first half? We’ll know when the Q is published!
7. They said that this vaunted “representation” in Irvine would lead to better business. We’ve seen a few financials since that announcement and revenue has NOT increased at ALL. So THAT promise never came true.
8. We won’t even mention the “1ovmany” debacle. They couldn’t even keep THAT going longer than three months, before 1ovmany went bankrupt!
9. 13 months ago, they bragged about how their new “AI driven” product offering to clients would drive business up. Has that promise come true? Not if one looks at the revenue numbers in the filings.

So really - if one looks objectively at the numbers coming out in financials? DBMM is not improving. It hasn’t improved at ALL since the SEC dropped the OIP. So, I wonder what Linda will use as an excuse for the NEXT disastrous 10Q (publishing in Mid-April).

I’m sure she’ll find something to blame.

Hi Jetmek. Okay fair enough points are good to consider if we use your strategy.

DBMM debt is growing and we can't verify new leads to show new revenue to pay down debt, I really don't care about any debt here Jet, I look at as if it were a drug research company in major debt with trials in the hundred of millions or billions waiting for approval then that debt is gone and new life emerges.
DBMM is in building phase now..........takes patience.

I like the corporate action the preferred share dividend.
Jetmek you or I have no idea if Linda is entertaining a corporate action or not, if she is and makes good sense she would have to get all her ducks in a row before hinting at a corporate action.

Let’s talk about the passage of yet another week (now in the second half of DBMM’s 2025 fiscal year) without an announcement of a new revenue producing client.

How many stocks on the OTC, Nasdaq, and New York exchange are in debt? What percentage?

There is no other way for DBMM to survive.

I really like the consistency DBMM has had on reporting the reports for some time now...............

They already tried to go the route of shirking their reporting duties under the regulations, and thing only thing it did was get them into a protracted fight with the SEC.

DBMM is faithfully reporting now, and that is indeed a good thing. The bad thing is that to keep on reporting, they are going deeper and deeper into debt. Digital Clarity is not signing on clients and therefore is not producing sufficient revenue. DBMM MUST borrow to keep in business. Every quarter, some unknown entity steps up and keeps DBMM afloat. To the tune of millions of dollars in debt.

As far as this "corporate action" involving some sort of share dividend? That is basically a non-starter. First, Linda is not acknowledging any type of "naked short share" position in DBMM. And if she actually knows there IS one? She doesn't seem inclined to admit it OR do ANYTHING about it.

This type of action has been suggested many times on this board. Anyone reading any of the "investor updates" would quickly come to the conclusion that Linda at least reads this board - and some believe she posts here too! So, I'm quite sure she's aware that many on this board want her to do something about this "NSS" position (if it exists). Yet she chooses not to act.

PATIENCE IS KEY HOW EVER YOUR STRATEGY.

If the CEO refuses to acknowledge or act on some sort of NSS? Shareholders will have to have unlimited patience.

So why are you spouting off in 'new' posts instead of responding to whom youre talking to/about. It wont keep you safe, records are still tracked.

DBMM shareholders' core positions...

You should have a core position and a trading position here. You trade some shares and never touch your core position. If you make profits on trading, your core position becomes almost free shares. I took profits at 3 cents on last big move. My core position is very cheap. I got lucky and sold some shares at the right time. Remember the SEC has an obligation to not let scam stocks return to normal trading. The purpose of the CE designation is to protect investors. Now they stated that a breach of information happened on 42 Pink stocks including DBMM. They decided to grant normal trading on all those stocks due to the breach. But we never knew what information was released. Did someone make money on that information. ? Were laws broken? Did they file litigation? Nobody knows. It was kept secret. Yes it looked like DBMM was going to revocation. Maybe many of those 42 stocks were ready for revocation. The breach must have been serious. It saved 42 companies. Good luck to all and be well!!

The answer would be a definitive NO.

If DBMM had signed on ANY new clients (never mind someone offering a $10M contract), I'm quite sure that DBMM would have PR'd it with an "investor update".

There have been ZERO updates that verify any client signings, since the Austin client. When was that? Over a year ago?

So, apparently there is no new revenue coming in.
