Not filing financials (from last year and) from 2017 and 2018 violates FINRA Rule 6490.

Not only that but going back that far to try to forensically reconstruct financials that old would cost up to hundreds of thousands of dollars for each year which is far more than the ticker is worth. At this point, $IJJP would be a good candidate for the venture capitalist who has been taking over a number of OTC market tickers that had either been abandoned by their CEO and gone to Expert Markets or had been stuck at no bid due to not having a ready-for-market product.

He has taken control of 4 companies in the last 3 months and is already working on a 5th that is 7 reports in arrears - soon to be 8 - which is a worse situation than $IJJP which is only 4 reports behind.

He then either structures a reverse merger with a private company that wants to go public (the case for 3 of the 4) or adds another revenue earning venture to the existing portfolio (the case for the 4th company).

One CEO has already brought one back and got it from .0010 to .0392 in just 19 trading days with a realistic expectation of $1+ in 2026.

He is also even taking the previous CEO to court over cancelling the 1.683B Restricted shares he has.to stop those becoming Unrestricted in future.

The same CEO has also got the complete backlog of filings since 2023 Q3 to date done on another in the last few days and it will be coming off EM soon. Those that can buy outside the USA have already got it from .0003 to .01+ with only a few M shares total traded.

For reference, another ticker that has been on EM much longer than $IJJP is in the process of getting upgraded to OTCID so that it can do a reverse merger and ticker change in a completely new business sector.

It has 6 filings to do - 2024 Q1 to 2025 Q2 - which will cost an estimated $60K and take 45-60 days to complete.
