This is actually a really funny post.
The SEC issues have been resolved. It’s like you saying somebody got a parking ticket and never should get behind the wheel ever again.  

This company is going to get bought for $.50 a share by some giant drug company because of all the intellectual property and then who is going to be the fool sitting in the basement of their mom‘s house?

We are all adults and we all understand the risks of penny stocks so we each have the free will to buy or sell whatever we want and if the only argument is that we are stupid you have no argument…

If you read the 10 K they do reference DARPA. This alone could make the purchase price billions of dollars - can you imagine the value of a nerve angent antidote based on cobra venom ??? I think it would make NutraPharma worth over $8 billion.  That’s $1 a share.

“Stupid, idiotic losers.”  Very compelling and persuasive.However, every penny stock is a mess in one way or another. If it had no issues, it wouldn’t be a penny stock. The question is whether the upside outweighs the risk—not whether the company is perfect.
 Markets are full of winners, losers, frauds, turnarounds, and everything in between. Most long-time penny stock investors already understand they are operating in a speculative, high-risk environment.The more an argument relies on insults, the less persuasive it becomes.

I like the methodical approach Nutra Pharma is taking to get back on track and become current. No news needed at this time, just concrete action to move in the right direction. One objective thing at a time. I’m definitely not pumping the company, but although I’ve been disappointed in the past I am cautiously optimistic at this time and look forward to future developments. Given their efforts to update financials they certainly have my attention.

### What happens after a company becomes current?

Being "current" is only the first step.

* Provide current Rule 15c2-11 information,

So even if the company is current today, OTC Markets still has discretion to determine whether the CE flag should be removed.

What usually happens to trading?

The normal sequence is:

1. Company becomes current.
2. Attorney letters and disclosures are reviewed.
3. Market maker prepares and files Form 211.
4. FINRA reviews.
5. OTC Markets updates the company's status.
6. Caveat Emptor is removed.
7. Public quotations return.
8. Liquidity gradually improves as retail brokers allow normal trading again.

Many brokers restrict trading while a stock remains on Expert Market or carries CE status, so quotation restoration is a major milestone. ([OTC Markets Blog][4])

3. Removal of the Caveat Emptor icon.
