Dr. Doe has over 25 years of professional experience in water resources engineering. Dr. Doe worked as a project engineer, project manager, program manager and region manager. He has implemented several large infrastructure projects globally. His extensive scientific, research and engineering expertise, coupled with extensive Bible study, was instrumental in writing this book.
