Elston has extensive experience in information technology and has served in multiple roles within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Crossroads, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Health Connect America, a behavioral healthcare company based in Nashville, TN, where he led the organization’s IT function. Bringing over 25 years of relevant experience to Crossroads, Elston holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
