In December they put out a PR stating they had released an updated version of Genius.
Afterwards they announced that they had easily beaten Open AI in the Mastermind Atari game.
That updated version of Genius was the version that took Genius to the next level and conquered all the Atari games.
They were now ready for general release.

The next 6-7 weeks heading into Q2 will be extremely interesting,as they stated they would begin production of Genius.
They will need to raise a huge sum of money for hiring and marketing.
After they show the Atari results at Davos in front of the entire AI community,the next 6 months afterward will be something to behold for a penny stock.

This is a long stretch in between reports by Tobin Smith.
He said he had talked to Gabriel Rene in the October report and was told all 26 games would be released in 40 days.
I wonder if he's waiting for the release of the rest of the games before he puts out another report?
Next week all businesses should be running normally again after the holidays.
Is it possible that Verses releases something next week?

Used to take 1-2 months to close a PP for $10 million.
This one will take two days for double the amount.
It's not cheap to run these companies.The LLMs go through billions every year.
The institutions are stepping up quicker and with more money,so they must see some runway coming.

Horrible price for the $20 financing. Stock will take a hit temporarily but should recover when financing closes.

If you do a lot of reading,even industry experts admit they have no idea what they'll be able to do with LLMs and how to make them profitable.
Even at this stage,they are an interesting toy.If they raise the price to play around with them,who would be willing to pay for it?
Businesses are still tinkering with them,knowing they aren't trustworthy enough to be left on their own,for the most part.
But everybody wants to build even more AI data centres for LLMs.Even Keven O'Leary is proposing a $70 billion centre in Alberta.
Current AI is a 2D configuration,meanwhile everyone knows the next generation must go to 3D and 4D.
It is also admitted by industry insiders that current AI can't reach AGI as is.
But,along comes Verses AI,which is 3D and 4D based AI,and which operates at a much lower cost base than LLMs,AND CAN ACTUALLY THINK!
It appears that true AGI is within reach now,by applying the power of the LLMs with the reasoning and cost savings of Verses.
It may also appear like the LLM operators are ignoring Verses at the moment.
Imo,by the end of this year,they will all be coming on board to add Verses 'Genius' to their own models,so they can finally finish building their product ahead of time, but also have it be profitable earlier,while entering the 3D and 4D format.
Genius is adaptable over different product lines and formats,while LLMs on their own are not.
This year will be interesting,while we wait for them to come to us,which WILL happen.
Either the LLMs partner with Verses,or Verses has to go into building their own computer/phone lines and LLM data centers to get the entire potential out of this product

The word is getting out,and one particular group is definitely accumulating and driving it up.

Imo,a couple of more news releases will take place very shortly,then a huge capital raise,which is needed before Q2,then a string of news releases that will propel the stock price well over $4.00 US,then they will announce they are making an application for the NASDAQ.
Should be on it by mid-summer.

Looking at over $2.00 today.If there was a $5-10-15 million PP coming the stock would have reversed toward the target price by now after this run.
Anybody thinking institutions can't get involved below $5.00 might be forgetting about those that deal penny stocks all the time.

If this run continues,then it's clear they have a group running this up,knowing it's all profit heading towards a NASDAQ listing and a minimum $4.00 price and a big funding round to prop it up coming.
If the goal here is NASDAQ,then they have to run it up to $8-10 to be safe from a selloff when it first starts to trade.
We'll see if this continues or a normal pullback takes place.
The short number is rising,so they're getting this will break,but a lot of news is set to be released,which might break the shorts.
One way or the other,the next week will be interesting to watch this.
You keep expecting this to calm down and reverse some,but it just keeps running.
Nothing says it's not a Blue Chip acquiring through multiple houses,no one knows... It's Germany,US and Canada all at the same time.

The strength of the price move and the volume daily is telling me institutions have been told there is a huge money raise coming and they've been told they'll get a chunk of it if they help push the stock price up ahead of time to get this in position for an uplist.
Because none of this is normal trading.
It's trading in a plan for something forthcoming,and the institutions are involved.

Them moving over to the NASDAQ would be massive. Do you have the source for them talking about moving up? Curious to know what the expected timeline for that is.

Q2 begins in March...Next week we'll be halfway through January.
Verses has stated that commercialization begins in Q2.
That will require a huge influx of money to get going... personnel,rollout,marketing etc.
They are also looking at uplisting to NASDAQ.They have stated this also.
This requires a stock price run over $4.00,plus contracts with customers and money in the bank.
So,from January 12 to the end of February and on into Q2,there will be a massive amount of lifting and PRs coming out of the company.
That's an extremely short period for a company going into production.
Whoever isn't holding shares now will very shortly be left very far behind.Jmo

I own 2,000 shares (I'm at break even). I would buy more but honestly mgmt decisions like paying all these stock promoters makes me really question if these guys know what they're doing.

I bought shares in late '22, added in '23, and have never sold one share.

While this is a very speculative stock, AI + protocols offer a very compelling investment opportunity.

Nice PR today as a New Year's gift to chew on.
Everything seems to be falling into place.
If you feel that Gabriel Rene has been accurate with his predictions so far,then you'll remember that during his Quarterly report this past summer,he stated that Verses would be seeing $300-400 million in revenue beginning in 2025.
And that would be in the first year of commercialization.
Where does the stock price go?

I didn't realize this and many of you may be aware already but just a heads up that Einstock is currently compensated by VRSSF. I saw Crazyflavor's response then looked at Einstock's profile to confirm it. I'd also be very interested to see how many shares Einstock has acquired. Is the bullishness genuine belief or is he here doing what they're paying him to do?

This almost looks like Tobin Smith got his newsletter out on the weekend with a 100x recommendation.
Did Gabe give him an indication that more strong Atari results were coming,because today was a free-for-all right from the opening bell?
It sold strong right into the close,so will tomorrow be more of the same?

If you are so bullish on this company post screenshots of what you hold (# of shares, that's the real measure of belief in this company), not just a buried disclaimer in the description of a YouTube video. Plus $10k per month isn't far off from an engineers starting salary.

People in the AI space may be thinking that Verses (Genius) might be THE AI stock to own now.

I told folks to watch out for tax loss selling 3 months ago. I'm sure there were also short sellers in the mix. The company cannot legally release private reports to investors. I believe a confluence of factors are in play. I don't know what the newsletter promoters are saying but Gabe did state news would come out before the end of the year so there should be something tonight or tomorrow. That could be the primary stimulant.

In the last month,Verses has been releasing news about every 6 days.
They are gearing up for release in the 2nd Quarter,so it's a busy period from here on out.
Do they drop another bomb tomorrow?Companies on their way up don't take holidays.

Once they announce they are ready for production and sales,the whole company shifts from just a lab to a business.
They will need a lot of money to hire new personnel and marketing at that stage,as well as keeping the research going.

"For the math challenged"?

Verses has $140m market cap, 3.7billion divided by $140m gets you 26x plus some change. Also, that deal locks in Analog in. no matter how much Verses dillutes their shares. And their going to dilute like a mother. This gives Analog a lot of upside if Verses dillutes to say 1 billion shares. I believe these guys may be able to pull off the tech, but there is a reason these companies stay private for awhile, they can raise money at crazy valuations (So their investors don't get murdered by dilution)
