VERSES AI Announces Licensing Agreement Projected to Provide Up To $10 Million In Revenue and Accelerate Enterprise Commercialization
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VERSES AI Inc. (CBOE:VERS) (OTCQB: VRSSF) ("VERSES'' or the "Company”), a cognitive computing company specializing in next-generation agentic software systems, today announced an additional expansion and extension of its relationship with Prodigii AI, LLC (“Prodigii”), an enterprise AI infrastructure company focused on decision intelligence and intelligent resource orchestration.
The agreement represents an important next step in VERSES’ enterprise commercialization strategy, designed to accelerate the development and deployment of its technology into scalable, repeatable revenue.
Under the agreement, Prodigii will license VERSES’ product Genius™ to provide services for its customers alongside access to the world’s first “digital brain”, the AXIOM model. The Prodigii agreement is expected to unlock opportunities in financial services and insurance, cybersecurity, smart manufacturing, energy, healthcare and energy among other verticals.
Subject to the terms of the Agreement, Prodigii will pay Verses an initial license fee of USD$350,000. Prodigii is also required to make quarterly revenue sharing payments of at least $125,000 during the life of the Agreement which has an initial term of 10-years and an optional 10-year renewal. This agreement builds on the existing relationship between VERSES and Prodigii.
“We are excited to execute this deal with our long-term Beta Partner Prodigii,” said David T. Scott, VERSES interim CEO. “This agreement will enable Prodigii to effectively compete for contracts in the finance and cybersecurity sectors. It also validates our go to market strategy to generate revenues through a combination of direct contracts with enterprise customers and in partnership with channel partners.”
“Licensing Genius is expected to let us provide our customers with superior automated systems that update in real-time. By using the VERSES platform, we can efficiently deploy new solutions for our customers,” said Andrew Tasker, Chief Strategist and CEO of Prodigii AI. “ We believe this arrangement allows our customers to diversify their AI technologies - providing them with greater security and value for money. We are looking forward to scaling solutions across industries like healthcare, energy, and finance in the coming months.”

In the 80s-90s,no one knew what to do with the Web...The average person could buy a Commodore 64 and play a couple of games or try some rudimentary coding, lining up zeros and ones, and for what end?
In 1993,they placed the Worldwide Web into the public domain, and by 1995 they removed the restrictions for using the internet for commercial purposes.
THEN, the internet took off...
AGAIN today, people, including huge businesses and the inventors, are wondering what they can possibly do with AI that can make it useful and profitable.
The answer is NOTHING, until the Spatial Web begins operating.
Once the Spatial Web is released into the public domain, where it can become commercial,THEN the potential and the value if AI can be realized.
At this moment,AI is useless for the average person,a toy the average person has no use for...It is the Commodore 64 of 2025.
At some point,EVERYBODY will join the Spatial Web, even the search engines,or be left behind.
And so,we wait...

I wonder the same things. The plaintiff wants the shares, so if the company is worthless why request the shares ? On another board a poster said so that he could flood the market with them and kill the price, uhh that's already happened. The dump would drop the stockprice and market cap so someone else could buy the shares and control the company for pennies on the dollar. The latest debenture was tied to the IP, who funded that and are they going to get the IP and leave the company as a shell ? Many questions.
Another theory is that Mapes and Gabe were truly after owning a company/platform that could develop and own rights to the spatial web so they can get paid later in life as physical AI takes hold. Maybe that is what the plaintiff is also after. The non profit SW foundation holds the rights but also appears to have been set up to pay profits to Verses and Mapes. If there is no Verses who gets that ? Doesn't matter right now but will in 2 to 5 years when the AI big boys start to play in the real world.
That brings up the question of who in the SW working group might have decided to try to get those rights when they saw the potential and found they were late to the development party and the ownership of the SW registration rights.
The fudsters have been pushing hard and seemingly trying to convince shareholders to sell their stock to save the last percentage of value. The way I see it, it is a total loss now who cares about the last crumbs left. Why the push to sell ? A poster on the CA board basically said the plaintiff is winning by getting the stock from Dan and Gabe. The plaintiff has been hyped as the hero taking down Dan and Gabe and taking their stock. Dan and Gabe have been running a scam on everyone they say. If the the company is a scam what does the Hero win ? He now owns a scam if he gets the stock. The fudster logic is not linear, it contradicts itself and is designed to crank up emotion, however you can see the fudsters getting more emotional when the "pumpers" resist. Its actually entertaining. The next few weeks will be interesting.

So...ask yourself,if the shares go to zero in a week or two,and Gabe's and Dan's IRAs are worth less than $50,000,how does the plaintiff benefit?
He wants millions...
They may be able to sell the tech for peanuts when they are on the cusp
of potentially making billions, and he gets his measly few million.
Or he negotiates a percentage of the ownership, which could be worth 100s of millions to billions in time.
Which do we see?
The next few weeks could be interesting.

Let's see if they get the next tranche next week.
They aren't quitting, but maybe were asked to whittle down the expenses while they work on getting to the finish line.
I'm not hearing any former workers tearing them down anywhere, and the main team isn't quitting,so that tells me they're still all in.
Daytraders?...Well,it's been a tough ride, and they've got hate in their eyes.
If anyone thinks Gates and every other inventor didn't go through something similar,well...

Mike Tasker of Prodigii one day ago,"...ai will soon be in the hands of everyone because it will soon be 'the brain and nervous system' that will connect every system and device that we all depend on in a vast network called Web 3.0.
And Web 3.0 is much closer to reality than most people think."
George Percival,Distinguished Engineering Fellow of the Spatial Web Foundation 2 months ago stated,"HSML,HSTP,UDG,DID:SWID component specs and code SDK are under development, test, prototype, demo;and near ready for community release."

If anyone is wondering what to do as the Verses stock price keeps dropping,do some reading on Mogotes Metals,MOG.v...
The price has risen from .30 to .53 in the last couple of weeks, massive accumulation is taking place, and not by retail.
Multiple private placements all at once have all been scooped up,and drill results haven't been released publicly yet,but are probably known and been released to certain investors.
2-5x coming over the next 5 months.
Two other miners directly on trend nearby are both worth $5 billion with new drill holes showing massive results and popping the stock.
