I've been following UMAV for a while, and like many shareholders, I've seen a lot of announcements over the years that never fully translated into visible milestones.

What has my attention now is not the promises.

It's the sequence of events.

Let's look at what has actually happened over the last few weeks.

✅ Company-owned airport and hangar are operational.

✅ The DART Drone Airship components have been moved from the manufacturing facility to the airport testing location.

✅ The outer envelope has been delivered.

✅ The inner helium envelope has been delivered.

✅ FAA-related documentation work has been ongoing.

✅ A Georgia Tech aerospace engineering intern was retained to assist with weight-and-balance analysis and FAA-required documentation.

✅ Management confirmed a Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) will observe and certify the testing process.

✅ The company has publicly identified the next major step as helium delivery and weight-and-balance testing.

For aerospace projects, these are not promotional milestones.

These are engineering milestones.

Many investors overlook the importance of weight-and-balance analysis, but every aircraft program must complete this process before advancing toward certification and flight operations.

What is also interesting is how the story is evolving beyond simply being an airship company.

UMAV has recently announced:

• WAIVTEC AI surveillance integration

• AutoBridge AI flight control integration

• Collaboration with Xeriant on advanced aerospace materials

This suggests management is building a broader platform involving:

Not only are they playing into the ridiculousness of their own 'stay tuned' meme at this point, they're also showing how fundamentally unserious they are, along with their product. They allegedly have to wait weeks for the stuff that makes their product fly, a common gas that any serious industrial outfit would have no issues procuring. They don't have their own supply after years of peddling this nonsense, so it becomes a bottleneck. I just can't with these guys. I'm not even going to comment on their extremely lazy utilization of AI design work for these releases.

To think actual dates would be associated with this. 

Oh, yes, another casual 3-6 weeks. Always stay tuned.

This exhaustive testing will be observed and certified by a FAA, DAR (Designated Airworthiness Representative) and be crucial to the submission of appropriate documentation for FAA Experimental Certification. The Skyborne Technology flight team expects a very positive outcome due to their extensive experience with piloting the DART series drone airships, ground handling, maintenance and requirements of FAA compliance. The testing timetable is currently dependent on the helium delivery schedule. The regional helium supply of an order of this size could take as long as three to six weeks; the order has been placed. Once the helium delivery is locked down, the company will finalize scheduling with the DAR. STI will keep the public updated on the event dates.
