HONG KONG--Sands China Ltd. (1928.HK) said in a public statement that its CEO and President Edward Tracy has decided to retire effective March 6, 2015.

The Hong Kong-listed company and Macau unit of Las Vegas Sands Corp. said Mr. Tracy has no disagreement with the board.

Mr. Tracy, who was appointed CEO in July 2011, will be a consultant to the company starting March 7, 2015.
