SCFRT is crypto...and this pool is very low liquidity so this means big problems with withdrawal requests.
I own a significant amount of SCFR common shares impossible to trade and CFO does nothing about it. SCFRT-Crypto is just another way to mislead and steal money from investors...Stay away!

SFCR just put out a press release today, it explains an approach for small cap companies to fundraise and they did a deal with a company wanting funds but didnt announce that company. Looks interesting if you can fully understand it. I would be a buyer of SCFR but only on pullbacks towards 10 cents.

I hold a nice amount: seven digit number

It's very hard, especially because the CEO keeps the company keeps the company Pink Limited so that shareholders cannot deposit their shares. There is a way, so let me know how many you hold, and I can tell you if it is worthwhile.

I have SCFR stock for more than 10 years and NEVER been able to deposit the paper certificat from OTC. And believe me, I have tried with every existing bank and broker. No one trades paper anymore since it's non dtc eligible! How do you do it? I'm curious and amazed...

yeah thats why I its mostly a trade for me, by now they should have had a business, not to say they wont, there was a press release last month of interest. Im sure they'll file, no reason not to. I'll keep trading in range, eventually you get filled in the low teens and can sell in the upper teens

I've been in the stock for 10 years, no balance sheet to speak of, just stock trading, sure hope they file soon, or they go to the expert market in 10 days.

Been trading SCFR now for maybe 6 months and had some success. If you have sell orders in the .17 range and buys in the .12 range you can make a few bucks. But the market cap of the company is way to high with too much downside risk to marry it.
