Jerry A Grisaffi, Chairman and CEO of RTON stated, "Ron McCormick's background is extensive in the health and wellness and fitness world. Starting with opening and operating several nutrition stores featuring juice bars in 1994 and the Pureformance Training Center in Las Vegas, which was established in 2007. This facility has provided health, wellness and strength training for world-class athletes and fighters in boxing and MMA. The company plans to open a stand-alone med center in Dallas and is actively looking for its first location. The plan is to have all Endo Dispensaries and Wellness stores set up with their own telemedicine portal to facilitate sales of our wellness products to the masses. This move will add additional revenue to each location. We will be offering peptides like Ozempic, Monjouro, weight loss, testosterone, other peptides, NAD+, sexual health and RNA messaging."

McCormick stated, "I am very excited about this project due to the rates of obesity being so high and the serious health conditions associated with it. These serious health conditions can be greatly mediated by proper education at the retail establishments provided by thoroughly trained individuals helping the public directly. The company is a joke and the CEO, Jerry Grisaffi, has a multi million dollar judgment against him for committing fraud. None of the people who started the company work there anymore because they couldn't stand working with him.
