Is huge for Vornado. I saw the same thing in Canada when the Chinese that are close to the China power circle started buying investments in important Vancouver infrastructure projects where they could gain influence. This purchase strikes right at the core of the Trump plans to boost investment in real estate that is close to his family - Kushner.

Vornado profits greatly from this deal and there will be many more to come just like this one. Look at whats happened to Vancouver real estate in last couple years. Chinese started this investment schedule and strategy many years ago and its been perfected. Have a read of RCMP Project Sidewinder to see how Chinese can buy a country's infrastructure and important properties to try and gain a position of influence to corrupt Trump mr Art of the Deal. You dont think Trump would go along with all of these if it meant lining his and his families pockets. Only way this business sours is if Trump gets impeached. Buy this stock now and start reaping the benefits at early stage of maximum Trump influence.

Ando Financing Firm, I believe you have misunderstood. The board is new, the company's IPO is not. VNO went public in 1957, but actually at that time the company was Two Guys. VNO bought out Two Guys around 1982 I believe.

In regards, to newly public companies, price has no involvement. Take a well known company such as Berkshire Hathaway for an example. BRK's IPO price was $11.40 I think in 1964. In today's money that IPO would be $85.90. I'm sure there are some other IPO's that have been priced higher, but I thought I would save myself the time of digging for that information. Point is, newly public companies don't have to trade low in they're early years.
