Not happening sorry. Another week , month and year kicking (FNMA) can down road .Some possible good news for hopeful investor. Rumor is conversion of penny stock shares may be allowed in IPO but not share per share . Trade in old worn out Fannie shares for brand new shares but it won’t be cheap.
