I used to believe they had a significant industry publication... lol... apparently no one there can sell advertising. If they could then there's no reason for PSYC to be trading in the lower trips. Unless they can find the double aughts again I fear they are cooking goose.

According to the annual report, they filed for a reverse split in 2022 but it was not processed by FINRA and expired. They submitted it again in August 2023 and was under review by FINRA - no mention of what happened with the second attempt at a reverse split - did it expire as well? Looking at NVSOS I see that their last amendment to stock was on 2/26/2024 which I believe was to increase the authorized shares to 3 billion.

I’m guessing they are issuing shares to RB at under .0001 now (probably around .00005). Lots of 1s are now falling…and eventually no bid if the company doesn’t update (ie pump the stock)

Their new-ish CEO has a real estate background so is that their new business direction? All they really do is sell shares to RB Capital at a steep discount to market.
