Pacific at it again. In addition to the numerous lawsuits Pacific is involved in, now they are in dispute with their pipeline.

I would think any returns are going into legal fees.

IMO the stock price was supported by paid brokers just long enough to complete the CUNG acquisition, which has allowed them to complete a couple of farmouts that generate enough revenue for their salaries and other things they may choose to invest in (like maybe common stock in another company that 1 of them is in charge of)

The value for investors here has always been the potential of a buyout, since the value of the reserves far exceeded the market cap....but the owners have shown no interest in pursuing that seriously.

there is no evidence that anything has changed that would make this an attractive speculative investment.

true; this is a speculative investment for me. it was in the .50-.80 range years back w/ no dilution that i can see since then-i'd be very happy seeing .50+ here again

PEMC owns a lot of things, but can only do 3 things that will benefit all shareholders ( and not just some, as has been the case for the last 4 years ) :

1). be acquired - hasn't happened, no indication that it will happen

2). distribute earnings to shareholders - hasn't happened, highly unlikely that it ever will

3). buyback common stock with proceeds from oil and gas sales - hasn't happened, unlikely to happen in the future .

the company has been dark for 3 years, has not made material information public, is delinquent on its filings, and makes no attempts to keep it share holders informed.

it is controlled by a couple of guys that have their hands in a number of other nano cap stock companies, and they answer to no 1 but themselves.

until that changes, this has been, and remains, a lousy investment.

consists of approximatley 1600 acres and is operated by Mar/Reg Oil Company and QEP

drilling to develope the reservoir. Two horizontal wells have been drilled to delineate
the field.
