Ok, since Bruce is no longer here and not subject to self incrimination, based on your conversations with Bruce can you verify if the May 28,2020 LOI merger letter announcing the deal between PASO and CLX Health was real??

Since that was the real scam, the one that got the vast majority of investors to buy. The SEC and FBI complaint ignores this LOI letter and treated any criminal activity post May 28,2020 like the Hunter Biden laptop. Nothing to see here.

Bruce was a conman. Scammed me out of 460,000 from 2016 up til the day he died. Every word out of his mouth was a lie. 2 million disappeared on his other scam as well.

I was just an investor at the time the stock dropped. I lost a lot of money and was trying to find out if there were any viable business options for PASO. I spoke to Bruce a number of times and then Covid hit.

Matt, I really feel sorry for you. To have such anger that you can take time to disparage a man that has just died is truly sad. For everyone that has been a shareholder of PASO, regardless of how you may feel about how things worked out, I just want everyone to know that this morning Bruce Weitzberg, CEO of PASO, passed away. I have been a large shareholder in PASO and held from$.17 to $.0001 because I knew and trusted Bruce to overcome the insider trading scandal he had NO KNOWLEGE OF. I had been working with Bruce to try and turn PASO around because he really felt responsible to his shareholders that were hurt. I have worked with many OTC CEOs and never had the privelidge of working with a more honest and loyal man in my life. He is an example of what a fiduciary should be. God's speed Bruce Weitzberg, and may you find peace in heaven.

I am very concerned about rumors I'm hearing at what's left of PASO. Has anyone heard any info? I will let the board know what I find out. Enough!

Why is this on the PASO IH board? CLX Health was never part of any agreement or merger according to the FBI and SEC. I fail to see the connection.

PS. I’m being sarcastic since the FBI and SEC have completely covered up any connection/agreement between PASO/Bruce and CLX Health.

Since Gozo and Cousin Brucie can no longer have anything to do with publicly trading stocks I wouldn't look for anything from them. In fact, once this goes to the EM it will very likely die. Some "current" shells get bought up but you don't see much once a stock reaches this level of ineptitude.

This would seem to be the case. We do not know what is happening behind the scenes, only what has been told to us which is next to nothing. But, years ago some seemingly out of the ordinary information was put out... a bible verse, Isaiah 60:22 by Joseph Gonzalez. It struck me as odd at the time, and still does. Why put this out there? I over analyze things alot so its possibly just nothing at all. Anyway, 6022, if one was looking for when something might happen, the upcoming date of 12/28/2022 12+28+20=6022. It works if you do some quirky math. That's a pretty big stretch I realize. I was reluctant to even post this, but being in this expert market and not being able to buy or sell it seemed harmless. time will tell. Anyway, a Merry Christmas to all the PASO peeps out there.

Just checked and this stock is on the expert market already. I guess this is the end.

Since the SEC prohibited the CEO from further involvement as an officer or director in a publicly traded stock, no matter where this stock goes there is no one operating it. Therefore it will become a shell co - with all the existing debts thereof. Maybe in time someone will be willing to buy it - I'm not sure what the outstanding debt is of this fiasco.

Anybody knows when the grace period is up before they are sent to the expert market?
