What is the latest company news? I haven't been to this board in over 2 years. I looked at my trading account today and realized that I'm still holding shares of HTRE and decided to check out this board to see what's up and noticed a bunch of recent posts.

I think what derailed HTRE was 2-fold. 1st off they were just starting out when the economy was beginning to go down the crapper. This downturn turned out to be the worst economic downturn since the 1930s depression. So it was basically bad timing and there was nothing anybody could have done to turn it around. Secondly, I strongly believe they chose 2 bad locations for the flagship stores. The 1st one in St. Pete on 4th St. N. near the Gandy bridge and the 2nd was in Tampa at Fowler Ave. I used to live in the Tampa Bay area and those locations were not good for a start up venture of this nature.

I still think this thing can fly. Although it is still sluggish, the economy is gradually getting better. Also if they do open a new store, I think they need to get the flagship store running good before they start selling franchises. Lastly, it is of the utmost importance to open the flagship store in a prime location. Hint: Disney World area.

That was the only possibility something may of been up, so this moved on possibly nothing, and those 5mil bought that kicked this off, is most likey banked by now....anyhow, nickle still left, who is taking it?
