Saying Dorwart was bloviating in his presentation is an opinion that you're entitled to. Stating, "everybody from corporate had their heads down in shame" is an observation that should be based on facts, not fiction. To state such is a blatant lie because it never happened.

Fabricated? Lol.. Anybody that watched the presentation, can testify to what I posted. Spin all you want, but I saw and heard that presentation. The energy, efforts and time spent, touting Via the parent company, was a good part of that webinar set up.
I gave my take on it and, I'll defer to others that saw it as well.

Nah your not lame. On The Redchip webinar Dave to spent a lot of time touting his potential reverse merger to Viadump, giving a lot of impressions/ impetus to the stock price. He did so while not having legal Approval for the imbeded goo Ethereum polygon in their product.

According to the SEC, members of the group laid the groundwork for the scheme in 2015, with Tang and Nagy using backdated paperwork to obtain blocks of tradable shares, and Tang structured his holdings so that no single entity held enough shares to trigger any reporting requirements.

The preferred shares are being sold to ViaOne Services in order to provide working capital without taking on additional debt. ViaOne is anything insider, and their shares will require an SEC filing in order to convert and sell. To date, they have never sold a single share. So yes, there is dilution, but it's not going out to the street who can turn around and slam the market. Rather, it's getting ViaOne more and more involved in needing for Good Gaming to become successful.

I will agree on one thing. Dorwart screwed up by keeping Sterling on the payroll too long. Too much blind faith on that guys resume as opposed to what he actually brought to the table.
