GS is an OTC expert, and didn't he even work there for a while before? If so, then he should/will understand and complete all the filings and applications, and I simply cannot imagine that GS doesn't know how to rectify the grace period.

I think GS is aware of everything and has a plan, but because GS isn't speaking to his shareholders or tweeting, we have no choice but to wait and remain in the dark about what will happen now and in the future. (I have no idea; this is a bit unfortunate for the shareholders, but that's probably what I would do too if I wanted to buy shares cheaply and had a plan.) I'm not a professional and I'm not familiar with American law.

My understanding is that the company has 15 calendar days to provide disclosure. If not submitted the comoany automatically goes EM. I don't believe it is always a Friday due to when the 15 days start.
What is submitted is not known until the OTCM publishes it.
As for getting back to Pink from the EM, the company would need to become current and have a MM file a new Form 211 with FINRA which could be an issue.

Have I understood that correctly and my questions are:

1) Does the switch from the OTC market/Sec always only happen on Friday, and can I only see on Friday that everything is back in order?

2) Do you have any experience with this? And can you tell me if FORW immediately goes on the EM if the applications aren't submitted by Friday?

3) Is there anywhere I can see that GS has already submitted the applications, or is it just a gamble now?

4) Can the grace period be extended? And can you get out of the EM market again once everything has been submitted and disclosed? ...

As I see it, this is a make-or-break stock. If everything goes smoothly and the submissions and upgrade arrive on Friday or maybe tomorrow, then the stock will definitely rise sharply. But it's also possible that it will be on the emerging markets market starting next Monday. After that, it will probably decline gradually until we get out of the emerging markets again... Have I understood that roughly?
