One year ago... Updates: $GVSI continues to negotiate with two prospects.
$SRNW has a lot of interest, but I want the right deal with plenty of cash behind it. Several interesting inquiries but nothing concrete yet.
$WNFT is being discussed hand-in-hand with $GVSI. An oil deal is interested, but I don't feel that they fit my requirements.
Remember: It ain't done until it's done and I want to retire this year.

TSNP/HMBL is now $0.00085.

Good Question and the answer is that now that George Sharp has been in charge of the company for several years, he can have HIS FINANCIALS audited, and a clean slate that won't have to include the previous financials that were likely unauditable under the Schaeffer scam days. George gets it done... Round 2 of the rally days coming... Got shares? You know I do!

Obviously, the SEC understands that GRDO/FORW has a great deal of baggage otherwise the SEC would have deemed the S-1 Effective.

Sharp never explained how he acquired GRDO from scammer Bill Schaefer.

Sharp filed the S-1 on 2023-12-19 and Sharp has amended it once without any explanation.

Did you forget that Sharp filed a Reg A+ on 2020-06-12 but on 2022-02-28 the SEC declared it abandoned.

Sharp's track record as a CEO for these OTC scams has been a disaster to his reputation and the shareholders investment.

How's the S-1 going - he filed that over a year ago - what is the problem - it only took a Nigerian Diaper Scam 3 months and during those 3 months they had to Amend their S-1 3 times and still was made effective in 3 months.

I think we will see much more than a penny... some day... maybe even in 2025. He has a very clean shell with some very loyal shareholders - in nothing but a very clean shell. That doesn't happen often. You all (we) are Sharp's greatest asset in FORW at this time.

All I know is that if Sharp says 2025 is his next target date, he definitely doesn't mean Dec 31, 2024. He probably doesn't mean the first Q. He might mean June 2025. To him, Dec 31, 2025 would be as promised. I think Sharp is very smart and will stand by his word, but I don't think he is in any rush here - or anywhere. I would bet that when he gets in his car, it takes him 10minutes to adjust the seats and the mirror. They will be perfect, mind you, but they were perfect from the last time he drove.

I have occasionally placed offers at the bid and they have been taken - 10k, 30k, maybe 50k at a sitting. I have felt no need whatsoever to buy at the ask. Instead, I accumulate from people who can no longer wait. I now have 1.2mil shares. I hope to have 5mil by the time he has something going here. I'm not in a rush tho.

Only thing that matters is news...

Here's hoping that George retires this year and retires all his tickers by way of major mergers...

You can clearly see the many green bars, apparently there has been a lot of accumulation in the past and there have been more buyers than sellers and $FORW is stuck in a sideways movement and all that is missing is a small spark or a few big purchases and we break out upwards and the structure is so good and small that several hundred percent is possible here in one day

This share has a fantastic structure and is close to its all-time low. Four years ago, this share was already over €1.40, so the potential is huge and if any information is released here, it could rise by several hundred percent, perhaps even several thousand percent
