GS is an OTC expert, and didn't he even work there for a while before? If so, then he should/will understand and complete all the filings and applications, and I simply cannot imagine that GS doesn't know how to rectify the grace period.

I think GS is aware of everything and has a plan, but because GS isn't speaking to his shareholders or tweeting, we have no choice but to wait and remain in the dark about what will happen now and in the future.
