I appreciate your support! We firmly believe in what we are doing, and by the number of freedom loving people moving into our communities, we have a lot of other believers too. The challenge is to grow existing and new communities fast enough to keep up with the market. But we fully intend to meet that challenge, which is why we also just announced the doubling in size of our sold out Veritas Village in Coronado, Panama.

Just seeing this comment now. I'm sorry you feel the stock is a joke. It's not a joke to me, and we have never turned down anyone who wants to visit us in our headquarters or see our beautiful communities. By the way, this is the Patrick of which you speak. ;)

wow, very interesting. Try visiting the company website. The are building throughout Central America and doing a great job. It's pretty easy to find their projects. Probably just as well that you are not a shareholder, plenty of other companies for you to invest in that give you 10 times return. :)

This stock is a joke. Has anyone ever identified a legit public record to confirm that Patrick or this company built anything. I asked to visit the company in the past and was flat out turned down Hmmm?

I hear you, but I think things are going to tighten up. still a great buy. They are doing a conference next Thursday and that I think is the start of marketing dso that will bring Market Makers and retail into the stock.

So much has changed during the last two weeks. The spread got so wide. I put an order in the middle, but never got picked up. And now the MM's dropped out with just 2 left. Good Company, but horrendous stock🤬

Yes, its thin for sure, but when shares become available they are generally bought up, this stock has a very long way to go, I am very bullish.

Oh! Thanks for telling me, I had no clue about OTCN. I bought just a little a few weeks ago under .20 as there was very little stock available. Now I see offers of 7500 shares at .38

I have seen that before, actually the Market Maker OTCN does not accurately reflect, and therefor you cannot use that bid all the time as clearly 38 x 38 is not accurate. The stock has great momentum, and as I have said from the beginning its still cheap....IMO

Hey that's pretty interesting, guess you need to buy in chunks of 5,000 then. At any amount its a good buy, as the stock seems to be getting ready to go. Volume is low I think because there is not a lot of stock left in the teens that wants to sell, so I see an up kick into the 20-30 cent range and that should bring out some more shares. CEO have been buying, so that's now 10% of the float, and the company just announced it bought back for cancellation 250,000 shares, and another 7.411 million to use as acquisitions, no dilution, solid working capital, insiders buying shares on the open market, all good signs

Agreed! Unfortunately, I had to sell 5,000, and then 3,000 shares over the last week!! Needed some cash!!! Consider those shares a semblance of his sacrifice so that others may have life!!!! Still sitting on 80,000 shares that I have no intention on selling at these levels!!!!!

Well, you have to start somewhere, and frankly its nice that's its quiet, the stock is going to move, so just nice to accumulate shares along with the CEO that has been buying. I am patient, and love the story, not your typical OTC pink sheet.

I just realized there are a whole 13 watchers here! That's an epic esoteric number right there!! You've got the circles of Metatron's Cube!!!
