Well, somebody has been buying cheap shares...
and it could very well be you. And, once again, you've used the word scam, but have not provided anything to back that assertion up. In the past you claimed to have done your DD, but you've never even contacted the company. Have you even spoken to the new CEO?

Spoke to him in early December...
Had a pretty good conversation with Mr Carson (he goes by Randy - I think it's his middle name) in December in order to find out what was going on. Randy was just getting his feet wet so I didn't learn much about what Epic Capital plans were for Eco-Safe other than a cursory discussion about generating sales and their knowledge of international markets. However, having him as CEO almost certainly has to be a step up from Michael. Of course, I'm obviously still a bit dubious as to whether Epic can actually generate some real sales/growth, but it's good to know we're still alive here.
For those who are interested in finding out more, I urge you to contact Randy (Phillip R. Carson) by email at rcarson@pmfohio.com. I plan to reach out to him again this week and see if they have a plan in place for getting ESFS back on track - including the share price!
Oh, and today's trading action is interesting, eh? Is it just a response to the PR, or does somebody know something? I guess we have to stay tuned to find out.
Cheers & GLTA,
Plee

Yes, they have made it clear that they have no money. The financials that they have released made it clear. They have no money. They don't have to say "wee have no money." They don't have to say, "our books are a mess." You can just look at what they have released, and it says it all., Not only that, since that claim of all those installations with the Cheesecake Factory, they have not made any substantial claims of any installations, and they have not released any financial statements since them. And only this pitiful claim of installing for units is all that is there. Thus, since the last release of a quarterly statement, they haven't bothered to release another one or claim to have done any business, Which makes it very clear that they have no money.

We all really know that the management of this company has lied repeatedly over the years. Therefore, there is no good reason to believe anything they say. Let them put out audited financials. I still have copies of all the financials going several years back, and these clearly show how they have played with the numbers, and done so in a highly inept way. The numbers on the balance sheet at the end of a period have to match the numbers at the beginning of the next. And it is not only a matter of numbers matching. It is a matter of disappearing lines of accounting in the books. And now, they are seven quarters late in reporting, which is something they have done in the past, skipping some quarterly releases. Not only that but there is a certain regularity in the way businesses spend money. They either have absolutely no idea of how to account for many things, such as a complete lack of understanding of accrual accounting. Or they are just lying. Actually, It has to be both. Any accounting software will automatically produce the right results unless one makes fraudulent changes. And, of course, any person with minimal knowledge of accounting will know how to hide the lies, not leave them wide in the open.
