Yeh, I hear ya. I gave up on understanding the workings of FINRA a long time ago. When a ticker is not viable the ticker/symbol should be deleted and the CUSIP suspended until/unless a company proves viability to regain a ticker.

No idea why FINRA continues to leave these companies' stock alive when they could just delete the ticker and suspend the CUSIP.

MTIX Ltd. Completes First Phase of Installation of MLSE(R) Platform for PANGAIA

Avalanche International, Corp d/b/a MTIX International (OTC: AVLP) (the "Company"), the parent of MTIX Ltd., the developer and owner of the patented Multiplexed Laser Surface Enhancement(R) ("MLSE(R)") technology, today announced the completion of the physical installation of its latest MLSE(R) platform in Manhente, Portugal, for MTIX Ltd. ("MTIX"). This digital finishing platform is licensed to PANGAIA, a prominent materials science company. The machine was first delivered to the Manhente facility in November 2021.

The initial application of MTIX's technical textile treatment for PANGAIA will contain neither perfluorooctanoic acid ("PFOA") nor perfluorooctane sulfonic acid ("PFOS") for PANGAIA's panoply of apparel, which since 2019 has gained global recognition. PFOA and PFOS are chemicals commonly used in the textile industry for finishing fabrics to make them water resistant. The textile industry is the world's second largest commercial source of pollution, surpassed only by the oil industry.

The MTIX/PANGAIA entry was selected by a panel of judges representing the clothing industry, materials scientists, conservationists and investors based on criteria including feasibility, potential for growth, environmental impact and the novelty of their approach.

Upon announcing the winners of the Microfiber Innovation Challenge, Pravin Mistry, the CEO of MTIX, stated that "PANGAIA is our first licensee dedicated to the fashion industry. We are honored to collaborate with such a successful and dynamic, eco-centric enterprise."

wow someone dumped 5K shares the other day for nothing, I would love to have been on the buying side of that trade, such a shame this is just dead and i cant for the life of me figure out what they are doing about getting current.

All we can do now is pray that DPW gets its act together and follows thru to what they have continued to say in their filings about plans for MTIX. So help me, if they dont pull something off I will be ripping mad, I mean ripping mad. I will personally fly out there (I have a couple good reasons to go to Las Vegas actually for other investments) and give them hell if I need to but to date this has been one of the most dissapointing outcomes, I never dreamed it would come down to this. Thank goodness I sold some stock at decent prices to at least save some of my investment.

its so thinly traded that it can go weeks without any buying or selling of any significance, so nothing changed since last update. At this point with the brokerages shutting things down, the opportunity to do anything wont happen till the S-1 which is a darned shame.

what are you nuts? This is the shell for MTIX International, go online and read about it. This is going to explode at the right time, meanwhile at least for me I had to unload some as it moved up in the last year towards a buck, only to collapse back, it's been a good trade, BUT the volume just hasnt been what I would have liked, but its been better than nothing. Currently trying to pick up shares on the cheap at .25, was able to sell at .69 the other day and buy at .33. But at .30 its an absolutely steal and as soon as my cash position allows, I will light a bid underneath it the likes of which nobody has ever seen. Once the S-1 comes out and they get considered current, then look out. Buy what you can now.

well my .65 was hit and on to .70, I am wondering if someone knows something or this is just part of the penny mania, I just don't know, but with DPW cash position much better, its possible they are able to move forward i some form or fashion with financing these machines, hard to tell, but I will maintain light pressure here

well some of my .60s are getting hit, interesting. Regardless I have orders to sell from .60 on up. If they decide to put out a press release that they are actually doing something with filings, I will consider to relent, but not until then.

wow, huge bid of 250K shares at .30 on AVLP, wow. I could walk away from my entire position with the click of a mouse and essentially break-even if I wanted to.....

I keep getting hit at 50 cents for a hundred shares here, and a hundred shares there. That's fine, I am keeping the lid in place, I'll take sales at 50 cents and if they push thru then I have orders at higher prices if need be, but being this far behind in filings and broken promises, they get not grace whatsoever, dopes, absolute dopes. One way or another I will come out on top, and maybe in the end it will have been worth it, but not the path I was expecting, shameful really.

I am going to keep some pressure on the stock as it tries to rise, I have had enough excuses from these people, it's always something. That's fine, I am profitable above 30 cents and have time to kill. If they end up being able to make something of this, I will profit handsomely.

hey my man, well I sold a little today at .36 and then got pegged for 100 shares at 61 cents which is nuts. Anyway I will take advantage of any upside here up thru the 40s, 50s and beyond.

Quite a day between DPW and AVLP......

theres a decent bid at 25 cents and I dont really understand why at this point people would be willing to pay with their being so far out of compliance. At the same time I am not willing to let go of shares under 30, so here we sit, waiting.

PTS2, well quite a day for DPW and AVLP...yikes!...and sad....

8-k today, appears a loan was taken out to pay DPW back.

Use of Proceeds . The Company shall use the proceeds from the sale of this Note for the satisfaction of at least $2,600,000 of existing amounts owed to DPW Holdings, Inc. pursuant to various outstanding invoices.

Price was 85 cents/share which I guess is not too bad, plus warrants.


We really need to start building these machines and executing the tolling model.

Filings hopefully will come outin the next couple months which should help the share price as well.


Based on the disaster that has happened with DPW, I need to protect my capital. I started selling AVLP, which has amazingly held up through all the turmoil, today at 80 cents and will continue to do so with a ladder of orders up to 2 bucks and my conscience is completely free in doing so. The time for the games is now over, and if I can get out with a decent gain in AVLP it will overshadow a loss in DPW which has been a total disgrace. It simply doesn't matter at this point, they have had ample time to make this happen and they simply haven't executed, and I am tired of excuses and have run out of patience. If it goes to the moon, great, I'll have enough to benefit from that along the way. I've been able to trade the stock a bit over the past year which has lowered my average and giving me a bit more of an impetus to sell in this next wave up should it occur which I expect it will.

50K traded at 98 cents the other day, funny I have been on the ask for a couple thousand shares at that same price (just to raise a tiny amount of cash and maybe buy back at lower price which I have done a couple times successfully but not often), but was not filled while the 50K was. No big deal. Long term hold and forget.

It appears that while there may be a breath or two it certainly isn't well...it is very sick from almost any perspective IMHO.
