Calling the warrants

I am kicking butt with the warrants but the stock is kind of flat, another company not making much noise, but love the business model.

I was able to sell my warrants today, surprised me at 4.32.

I think people are going to miss out on this one about to take off

I talked to four different people eTrade none of them knew really what was going on except for one. He said they would be traded over-the-counter OTC. Let's hope he's wrong. These warrants could be worth some cash when they start trading again.

The warrants did not meet the eligibility criteria for Nasdaq listing. Market makers may seek to have the quote on the over the counter bulletin board. Open Lending cannot facilitate OTC quotation; that can only be done by market makers in the warrants.
They become exercisable in 30 days after closing [July 10] and expire June 9, 2025.

The warrants are now reflected under the new Cusip, it was a simple swing of cusip from the nebula to Open lending.

TD updated the cusip to OLENW in my acct, hopefully something shows up tomorrow

Wtf does all this mean??? I have 1000 shares sitting in fedelity and it’s froze. I called fidelity and they have no idea what’s going on. The rep for fidelity claims I will get the warrants eventually but they have not gotten confirmation from the merging companies regarding the warrants as of yet.

ETrade said it would be trading OTC over the counter. I hope they're wrong
