Why is this moving up since the buyout is $14?

I believe this will not go above $14.00. If so I will not cry. Bought in quite some time ago and bought more in the $8.00 level. Sold 5000 and was out yesterday.

We will need to see whether another BP makes an unsolicited bid for VTYX. I am going to hold my 20 May 17.50 calls against that possibility. Not really worth selling them for a total of around $50.

I weighed the better offer part but the wording makes me think its pretty much gonna be a done deal - BUT the better offer could still be in play into October I think I read. Really wish I was able to jump out at $25 early yesterday but I procrastinated like I do so often.

I am also out today as I need the cash to exercise some in the money calls on another stock. Sold my VTYX common, my March 1.50 calls and my May 7.5 calls.

I kept my May 17.50 calls on the off chance that VTYX gets a better offer.

Didn't get out yesterday so I'm out today at $13.80 - well worth the wait but just don't see the upside from here unless they get a competing offer but it appears they like what they are getting from Lilly.

$14.00 buyout. I don't see much movement here. Out but will keep watching.

I'm not CERTAIN as to WHAT he does with those charts, his money, & moreover I could care less. However, the STOCKS that his charts REPRESENT are sometimes decent money-makers. The main thing that I do NOT like about him is the HUGE NUMBER of mere CHARTS that he tosses in everybody's face every day --- really absurd!!
