Could be right. The message said there was not enough info from the company. Many times Fidelity is slow in updating. I have had two or three stocks changed by updating Fidelity!! Have a good weekend Renee.

Fidelity has likely prevented buy orders because OTCM has ASPU on the Expert Market. Even though the company appears to be current in posting their Financials the company may be deficient in their 15c2-11 disclosures......no idea if that is correct.

In addition to what I just stated, the Federal Government should not be funding educational institutions within States. States and local communities within the respective States are primarily responsible for the education of students, not the Federal Government. The sole reason there is a Department of Education at the Federal lever is to ensure that all students within each individual State are getting the proper education at a level they should be getting. It was never meant to hand out money to educational institutions.

Personally, I do not trust any educational institution these days. For one, I got my education on my own and paid ZERO dollars for it. I had the best teacher in the universe that not a single human-being can out perform. LMAO WHY PAY for ignorance? 🤣

Now we have our answer. Looks like they diluted shares by 200k. It appears the drop is leveling off, so hopefully it starts to climb back up soon.

Good points. Perhaps some people were put off by the likelihood that it'll be another few years before the company is more established and having consistent profits. I wonder if anyone is interested in acquiring ASPU.

Yes. It's so thinly traded that it moves a lot on light volume. Hopefully after the profit takers, we will recover. It's scary to see that little support. It looked like one big seller knocked it down and then a slow recovery started. Good luck!

We had low volume to start, but it sure didnt close that way. I'm suprised too by the huge sell off towards the end. Even made it into the 5s territory. Hopefully its just some people cashing in on profits.

I agree. I am long as well and have been for nearly 3 years.
The guidance on the conf call seems great to me!
They are tracking 1000 students in the slowest quarter of the year which is still about equal the record quarter we just had. It appears that the outstanding growth will continue for a while.
There was no indication that the uplisting is off the track for this year. It seems that the cost of the US University acquisition and bringing it online will be less than I expected. All good news!

They've had outstanding growth for several years now. To be honest all I care about is their student growth. As long as that keeps going up, I'm very positive on them. Any growing company of their size will naturally have a lot of costs. The good news is most of their spending is aimed at growing them further.

I'm looking forward to the transcript of the CC as I missed it earlier. I'm hoping they announce their plans to move to the Nasdaq. That should attract larger investment firms. Also they're acquiring a school this year too, I'd like an update on that. I've been long for almost 3 years now, and continue to be long. Hopefully ASPU ends up being my lotto ticket!

Agreed! I havent sold a single share and am very excited for this company's prospects. It's a shame it doesnt get more notice. Cant wait for them to be listed on the Nasdaq, expected to happen later this year!

Good news. This opens them up to larger institutions potentially buying shares, as well as getting above the minimum requirement to be listed on the Nasdaq.

Unfortunately, they could also further dilute shares to pay for the employee benefits announced in December. Can't wait for tomorrow, I'm expecting large volume!
