Reasons for Delay

AiXin Life International, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2024, due to a delay in completing the financial statements required to be included therein, and the review procedures related thereto, which delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense.

Preliminary Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2024

The Company’s financial statements have not been sufficiently completed so as to enable the Company to provide appropriate guidance with respect to its results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, as compared to its results of operations for the comparable periods of 2023.
