They are now expert market. I doubt that the company is oblivious to the process.I have for a long time believed that the company has been buying their own shares In the open market. This will eliminate any retail from buying. Either way the reminder of the company is Worth a lot more than the $1 millin +/- current market cap. I stay committed for now.

This is selling off since it appears it will enter the "expert market" and be unable to trade. It seems the company has not filed an annual certification document that is required by OTC Markets. AFIB is probably oblivious to this requirement.

Now that the Annual was posted. We remain in the dark until the next news catalyst? Could be silence for an entire year and just operating under the reduced operations.....or Deerfield does something?

I looked specifically at the outstanding share count. It has not changed. 29.9M reported on Nov 8, 2024, and the exact same number on March 17, 2025.

10K next week. We will find out what they have been up to. They have become sleepy.Most Doctors are!I know many of them. $1.5 million market cap is way too low and it is obviously manuplated. I don't see dilution. And even tho they will only report 10K from here on out, they can't just sell additional shares, they have to file an S Form.

I do not think that they are diluting. I don't even think that Deerfield is selling their converted shares.
It's obvious by the volume.
IMHO, this technic is to wear out the retail and cause them to sell.
OTC is not very retail friendly but millioner maker.
I will hold all of my shares.
It is the game they play, obvious by painting the tape every day. LOL

You have any insight to the selling and drop of SP? There is no way to determine if they are diluting shares since they are not updating the share structure on OTC MARKETS website.

They can stop reporting the Q's but they have to file 10-K
That is coming up in a month or 2
They also can not just deregister their securities as per their filling they have 198 share holders.
All they can do is stop filling 10Q
But they are getting ready for a tender offer to buy back the rest of their stocks.
After all they just issued 5.7+ million shares to Deerfield, all common shares just like the one ones we own.
Deerfield turned down $500k to $800k cash offer from the company and took the 5.7+ million shares instead which as we know is worth less today!!
There has to be a reason for that!!
Also Deerfield has a seat on their board now to keep them honest.
2025 should see a Finality to this story.

Wow...they are de-registering their securities and becoming a non filer. We may not see a Q2 then. They won't need to anymore.
Hopefully something good comes out of this later this year...but not waiting the entire year...😀

They filled form 15D. No more reporting other than 10k once year.
Less than 300 people are holding their share
It's obvious the company has been buying back their own shares, But they won't release that. Every thing is pointing to a sale coming together.
They even filed that their main lender has now converted the warrants and has a seat
On the board.
I am sure that you were right about a second
Q timeline.
Expect it will be an 8k followed by news release.
That's all we have for now. I am going to hold as our interests are align with the debt holders and insiders.

Unfortunately, I do not believe this will move up much until after Q2 ER.
Q1 will be when the changes occur and Q2 will provide more clarity of how the company is doing after the reorganization.

It's obvious based on volume.
With Trump in office the M&A will pick up
Tremendously.
She is primed for a buyout.
The company is reducing their debt and getting ready.
