The sellers keep lowering the offer lower and lower. If they hit it down I will buy some.

If anything, I’m guessing those note holders that converted are looking for a price move up once they can sell. IMO

Thinking of getting in - your synopsis sounds interesting.

The recent 10Q stated all the Notes were converted on May 13, 2022. There was an 8K also showing the 111M or so shares issued. They all landed in the restricted pile, should be there for a bit.

“On May 13, 2022, the Company received notice from all noteholders that all notes were to be converted into stock. The Company issued 111,071,358 of common stock on May 13, 2022 in respect of these conversions.”

If they don’t raise the A/S they can’t sell much more. Pretty low Unrestricted lot for now. Could be volatile.
