OPEL Technologies Inc. Retains Atomic to Provide Public Relations Services

OPEL Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:OPL)(OTCQX:OPELF) ("OPEL") announced today
that it has retained Atomic Communications, LLC ("Atomic"), as its new public
relations firm.


Atomic is a full-service communications firm that combines analytics-enhanced
strategy and program measurement with in-house capabilities spanning print,
broadcast, online and social media, video and SEO to drive a higher order of
results - often 100 percent or more across many different measures of traction
from coverage and dialogue volume to depth of content and website traffic, along
with many other metrics. Atomic has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles,
Orange County, New York City, London and Munich. It is part of the Grayling, a
global agency, with more than 70 offices across 40 countries.

Atomic will be providing the said services starting February 25, 2013, and
services continue until either party notifies the other of termination of the
agreement with 45 days notice. Atomic will be paid up to $15,000 per month plus
administrative and travel expenses as required. Atomic is completely at arm's
length to the Company and has no direct or indirect interest, and no intention
to acquire any interest, in the securities of OPEL. The appointment of Atomic is
subject to filing the appropriate documents with the TSX Venture Exchange
("TSXV") and the acceptance of the filings by the TSXV.
