(TSX-VENTURE:EY) is pleased to announce the filing of the company' s financial statements for the quarter ended 31 January 2014, together with the related management discussion and analysis, (MD&A). In the three months ended January 31, 2014 Extenway had sales of $ 158,317 and a net loss of $ 1,101,132. In the three months ended January 31, 2013 Extenway had sales of $ 100,073 and a net loss of $ 769,195.

In the nine months ended January 31, 2014 Extenway had sales of $ 346,233 and a net loss of $ 3,440,666. In the nine months ended January 31, 2013 Extenway had sales of $ 260,059 and a net loss of $ 2,191,604.

Mr. John McAllister, President and CEO, stated, "Following the quarter-end we finalized additional financing and are proceeding with installations which should increase revenues in subsequent quarters."
