Shareholders unanimously appointed Mr. Nikolas Perrault to its Board of Directors and also re-appointed Messrs. Richard T. Groome, Michael Pesner and Essam Zaghloul. All of the proposed resolutions were unanimously passed at the AGM. Mr. Nikolas Perrault is a Chartered Financial Analyst who has spent 15 years working as an investment executive with some of Canada's largest institutions. Mr. Perrault is President, CEO and a director Colt Resources Inc. and a director of Calvalley Petroleum Inc. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Quantitative Alpha Trading Inc. Mr. Perrault is President of Twilight Capital Inc., a registered exempt market dealer in Ontario. Mr. Perrault holds a Bachelor of Commerce and obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997. The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard T.
