PME Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp

Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (TSX: PME) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the "Board") has approved an increase in the monthly cash dividend per Class A share from $0.07 to $0.085. However, if the make-up of the Corporation's portfolio changes, dividends may differ.

The dividend increase will be effective October 15, 2010, to security holders of record on September 30, 2010, and will remain as such until further guidance is provided by the Corporation. Based on the market value per Class A share of $9.44 on August 31, 2010, the dividend represents a cash-on-cash yield of approximately 10.8%.
