Thomas Bergmann Selected as Harley-Davidson Chief Financial Officer

MILWAUKEE, March 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harley-Davidson, Inc.
announced today that Thomas E. Bergmann has been selected as Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer. Bergmann, 39, was most
recently Chief Executive Officer of USF Corporation, Chicago,
Illinois, a publicly-traded $2.5 billion transportation and
logistics company which was acquired by YRC Worldwide Inc. in May,
2005. Bergmann joined USF in 2004 as Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bergmann has held a wide range of
executive roles in his career including Corporate Controller and
Vice President Finance -- Financial Services for Sears, Roebuck and
Co.; Vice President and Treasurer, The St. Paul Companies, Inc;
Director, Treasury Services and International Treasury Services for
Johnson & Johnson; as well as a series of financial management
roles with Honeywell International. Mr. Bergmann earned a bachelor
of arts degree, with concentrations in business administration and
accounting, in 1987 from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul,
Minnesota. He also earned a master of management degree from the
J.L. Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois in 1994 and
became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998. James Ziemer,
