(1)	In the merger of LOR with and into Lazard Global Total Return and Income Fund, Inc. ("LGI"), shares of LOR common stock were converted into shares of LGI common stock. The 12,526 shares reported as disposed of in Table I represent shares of LOR common stock that had been beneficially owned by Mr. Lacey.
