The strength of the price move and the volume daily is telling me institutions have been told there is a huge money raise coming and they've been told they'll get a chunk of it if they help push the stock price up ahead of time to get this in position for an uplist.
Because none of this is normal trading.
It's trading in a plan for something forthcoming,and the institutions are involved.

Them moving over to the NASDAQ would be massive. Do you have the source for them talking about moving up? Curious to know what the expected timeline for that is.

Q2 begins in March...Next week we'll be halfway through January.
Verses has stated that commercialization begins in Q2.
That will require a huge influx of money to get going... personnel,rollout,marketing etc.
They are also looking at uplisting to NASDAQ.They have stated this also.
This requires a stock price run over $4.00,plus contracts with customers and money in the bank.
So,from January 12 to the end of February and on into Q2,there will be a massive amount of lifting and PRs coming out of the company.
That's an extremely short period for a company going into production.
Whoever isn't holding shares now will very shortly be left very far behind.Jmo

Are the funds,which aren't technically supposed to buy on these lower exchanges or below a certain price,the ones scooping up all these shares?

I own 2,000 shares (I'm at break even). I would buy more but honestly mgmt decisions like paying all these stock promoters makes me really question if these guys know what they're doing.

I bought shares in late '22, added in '23, and have never sold one share.

While this is a very speculative stock, AI + protocols offer a very compelling investment opportunity.

Preliminary results demonstrate that VERSES Active Inference-based, Bayesian models can achieve comparable or better performance than state-of-the-art reinforcement learning models such as the #1 ranked BBF (Bigger, Better, Faster) from Google’s Deepmind and other deep learning transformer-based models that power OpenAI, Anthropic and Meta’s to LLM’s and all Generative AI models across multiple games using 90% less data, 96% less compute and resulting in models that are up to 97% smaller in size, which is key to operating on low-power devices. In addition, VERSES model performance was conducted on the equivalent of a CPU vs the GPU architecture required for the other algorithms.

Commercial Projects

The initial smart city project in partnership with Analog for simulating taxi fleet management in Abu Dhabi is progressing well and the discovery phase is on schedule.

Nice PR today as a New Year's gift to chew on.
Everything seems to be falling into place.
If you feel that Gabriel Rene has been accurate with his predictions so far,then you'll remember that during his Quarterly report this past summer,he stated that Verses would be seeing $300-400 million in revenue beginning in 2025.
And that would be in the first year of commercialization.
Where does the stock price go?

I didn't realize this and many of you may be aware already but just a heads up that Einstock is currently compensated by VRSSF. I saw Crazyflavor's response then looked at Einstock's profile to confirm it. I'd also be very interested to see how many shares Einstock has acquired. Is the bullishness genuine belief or is he here doing what they're paying him to do?

This almost looks like Tobin Smith got his newsletter out on the weekend with a 100x recommendation.
Did Gabe give him an indication that more strong Atari results were coming,because today was a free-for-all right from the opening bell?
It sold strong right into the close,so will tomorrow be more of the same?
Strong volume on both sides of the border,almost like there was public news released...or a newsletter.

So they are still paying you $10k per month? 
If you are so bullish on this company post screenshots of what you hold (# of shares, that's the real measure of belief in this company), not just a buried disclaimer in the description of a YouTube video. Plus $10k per month isn't far off from an engineers starting salary.

So far I like the tech, hate the money management.

Mastermind is a game that requires "reasoning" which OAI claimed "Strawberry" had.
Verses just showed the world that they have a path to AGI, without requiring NVDA chips, data center or training.

People in the AI space may be thinking that Verses (Genius) might be THE AI stock to own now.
Verses is valued around ($200--300m)...OAI is valued at $157B

I told folks to watch out for tax loss selling 3 months ago. I'm sure there were also short sellers in the mix. The company cannot legally release private reports to investors. I believe a confluence of factors are in play. I don't know what the newsletter promoters are saying but Gabe did state news would come out before the end of the year so there should be something tonight or tomorrow. That could be the primary stimulant.

Tobin Smith was told by Gabriel Rene that they would have the results for ALL 26 Atari games in 40 days.That was the last week of October.
What if they only put out the results of one game because it was material news,but withheld the rest to allow certain investors in before releasing the rest?
We are either seeing this,or Tobin Smith put out his newsletter and telling everybody to pile in now!
Because this is not normal buying, especially during a Christmas break.

It appears somebody knows something that is not yet public, and they are front-running the news.

In the last month,Verses has been releasing news about every 6 days.
They are gearing up for release in the 2nd Quarter,so it's a busy period from here on out.
Do they drop another bomb tomorrow?Companies on their way up don't take holidays.

Once they announce they are ready for production and sales,the whole company shifts from just a lab to a business.
They will need a lot of money to hire new personnel and marketing at that stage,as well as keeping the research going.
They are saying 2nd Quarter,which begins March 1.
A huge money raise should be coming in the next two months.
If it all falls into place as they are implying,the 6 week period from the 14th of January to the end of February should be extremely busy for the company and the shareholders.

When Tobin Smith talked to Gabriel Rene near the end of October,he was told the results of all 26 Atari games would be released,not just one game.
I doubt Rene would lie to a well-known newsletter writer with wide appeal and who put $100,000 of his own money in the stock.
So, the rest of the results should be forthcoming any time,whatever they are.
A newsletter writer could be the death knell for a small company trying to attract investors.

Verses has $140m market cap, 3.7billion divided by $140m gets you 26x plus some change. Also, that deal locks in Analog in. no matter how much Verses dillutes their shares. And their going to dilute like a mother. This gives Analog a lot of upside if Verses dillutes to say 1 billion shares. I believe these guys may be able to pull off the tech, but there is a reason these companies stay private for awhile, they can raise money at crazy valuations (So their investors don't get murdered by dilution)

If they can do the Atari 10k like they've been saying with video proof this will take off. 

It's extremely hard to value this company bc it's based off of hype and story not revenue. Now I like the story but you can't keep diluting at these prices, the shareholders will get wiped out and it will become impossible for them to gain a good return for the risk they've taken

Whether private or public, emerging tech companies look to venture capital and established client-facing distributors of SaaS to form JVs or to take a minority ownership interest in the company if they plan to integrate their technology into the services they provide. Surprised I have not seen any of the latter to this point in time. And the venture portion is still fairly small.

Dream was short lived

On the other side of that argument..they offered shares to the public.
If this was a private co, you probably never get access to investing in it.

After the latest PR,Tobin Smith was telling his followers that Verses was going to 50x.
Yesterday,after Denise Holt's latest writeup,which was quite impressive,Tobin Smith has changed his target to 100x.
He should have a new newsletter for his followers going into the weekend or early next week.

I really think these guys have genius minds, kind of like Elon Musk. Think outside the box. Has unlimited potential. People in the tech world are buzzing. The next rocket stock....???
