Inept management and questionable business strategy sometimes lead to that. No traction whatsoever, so I guess we will get another RS before the end of the year. It's only down 97.99% year to date

I bought 20k of this stock about one year ago. With all the reverse splits, my account shows that it’s now gone. Is that possible and legal?

At last we might have found bottom : close to 10% rebound from Tuesday all time low (still down 96% so far this year though...)

So typical Larry : one day he talks "strategy" and shareholder value, the following day he gets the S-1 out and the stock tanks 36% after hours. I thought we were debt free with cash available from the insurance settlement. I don't know what he is smoking but it ain't VLN for sure. Well at least the next reverse split is authorized, so we will get yet another one soon. Pathetic management

FDA doesn't offer any tax breaks no one is smoking these VLN's

Another quarter, same BS : revenues down again, another loss and the tunnel is getting longer, no light in sight. If the financial clean up is complete, operations are clearly out of control, nobody seems to buy the VLN products despite the publicity. Another all time low for the share price. Market cap standing at the same level as cash on hand, meaning the markets are pricing the company at ZERO

yes indeed - it would be pocket money for them, and would allow them to quickly have a leg up on thier competition if the lobby actually succeeds. imo, it's a no-brainer buy for investors, given all the great news this week.

If I was a big tobacco, I would buy XXII for say 10 dollars a share (so that nobody complains), a drop in the ocean (a couple days of profits at most). I then own VLN in case the lobby fails and get competitive advantage if nicotine reduction ever gets on the agenda

Now that the financial situation has been successfully cleaned (kuddos, although a bit dangerous, because with cash available being more than market cap, XXII is now a prime target for a raider), there is no excuse left for not delivering on the operational front. Profitability keeps being postponed (initially Q3 25, now Q2 26, time will tell)
