Florianópolis, Brazil, October 24, 2023-- Vitru Limited, or Vitru (Nasdaq: VTRU), announced today that the resolutions as set out in its Notice of Annual General Meeting dated September 28, 2023 were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held on October 23, 2023.
