InfraNext Acquires Assets of SBA's Western Region Telecom Site Development Business SANTA BARBARA, Calif., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- InfraNext, a TynanGroup company, acquired the assets of SBA's (NASDAQ:SBAC) western region telecom site development business on Monday, June 21, 2004. Included in the acquisition are the SBA Costa Mesa, CA and San Francisco Bay area offices as well as the California site development contract for Cingular wireless.
