Solis has engaged Pareto Securities AS on a sole basis to explore a potential
refinancing of the Bond Issue.

The refinancing may be completed in conjunction with a sale of certain assets in
Solis.

Keithb Any update from Alternus regarding the transfer of shareholders
over to the NOTC. In your last post on 01/18/21 you referenced
Vincent Browne as having stated it was under way. In fact
you quoted him as saying "please rest assured that we are
addressing this as fast as possible with the various brokers to
enable the transition". I have attempted on various occasions
to reach out to the company and have heard nothing. I also have
reached out to my broker SCHWAB and they have heard nothing.
The transfer agent knows nothing. What is going on here ????
It has been 6/7 months with no correspondence. Any thoughts??

Thanks for getting in touch here directly with the company.

The reason for the reverse merger was to allow the company, now called Alternus Energy Group PLC to transition from the US OTC to the Norwegian OTC. The delisting of the US company in order to make this transition was fully evaluated and approved by FINRA. The Company has also recently raised €110M in Green Bonds and matching €27M equity raise as part of the listing in Oslo. These funds will be used to acquire a portfolio of 109MW, in addition, to refinance the 30MW portfolio we currently own.

The company has now successfully listed on the Norwegian OTC since last Monday 11th January. Our ticker is ALT. Since listing in Oslo the current share price is above the last listing price on the US OTC which is a good result for existing shareholders. https://www.notc.no/eng

The reason why we have not issued a shareholder update as yet is that we are still working through the process of how to get the existing shareholders transferred to the NOTC, this is all underway. Please rest assured that we are addressing this as fast as possible with the various brokers to enable the transition.

Have you ever wondered why Vincent Browne worked so hard to change the name from Power Clouds to Alternus Energy Inc?

@bugs_bunny tell us " I see that Vincent Browne is stil involved in this company.

Vincent Browne is nothing more than a scamming liar and thief.

All of his past company's have taken investors money and left the company with no assets and huge debts.
These companies are always late with filings, operate complicated structures to hide the costs and manipulate the reported financial to continue the scam for as long as possible. He uses 'promotions' to Pump the stock when undertaking funding rounds with toxic debt.

One of his past companies, Axiologix, was prosecuted for Fraud in a case bought by the Irish Pension Authority in the Irish courts. Vincent is not permitted to hold Directorships of Irish companies, as he is restricted due to multiple liquidations, receiverships & past investigation by the Office of Corporate Enforcement.

Vincent had left many creditors owed significant amounts with no hope of collecting against the debts Vincent was responsible for. The creditors include small investors, former employees & staff members, the IRS, Revenue Office, Banks & suppliers.

I warn anyone with an interest in this company to reconsider, you will only lose money. "

The charge of fraud was somehow deleted from the authority's website but I must say I saw it . Why do you think he don't hold directorship position in Ireland?

Now we see he delisted the company without any prior notice to shareholders - why?

I had 6030 shares from way back leftover. And now I’m showing zeros on everything in my account but I have 61 shares.

Hope I’m wrong but I guess we get shares in private company. Looks like they reversed so we get less shares in private.
