the approval of an amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended, to provide for a reverse stock split of the common stock of the Company, that will be at a ratio of not less than one-for-5 (1:5) and not greater than one-for-20 (1:20) the final determination of which shall be determined by the Board of Directors (the “Board”), and to authorize the Board to effect the reverse stock split at their discretion;

As a result of the transfer to The Nasdaq Capital Market, Nasdaq granted the Company a second period of 180 calendar days, or until June 8, 2026, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing. To regain compliance, the closing bid price of the Company’s shares must meet or exceed $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days on or prior to June 8, 2026. Nasdaq’s determination to grant the additional 180-day compliance period was in part based on, among other things, the Company meeting the continued listing requirements of The Nasdaq Capital Market with the exception of the bid price requirement, and the Company having provided written notice of its intention to cure the deficiency during the additional compliance period, including by effecting a reverse stock split if necessary.

On December 10, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled the Company’s 2026 annual meeting of stockholders (the “2026 Annual Meeting”) for May 11, 2026. The record date for the 2026 Annual Meeting will be March 13, 2026. The Company will provide additional details regarding the exact time, location and matters to be voted on at the 2026 Annual Meeting in the Company’s proxy statement for the 2026 Annual Meeting to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission prior to the 2026 Annual Meeting.

Now that the executives got their free stock options I suppose the sell of the company can go through now. 

Definitely getting into oversold territory particularly since sell is imminent.

I have been loading since $10 and planning to keep it for a good while There have been wild ups and down here, but you can take advantage if you are good in swing trading--I don't swing this one.

Be aware that their earning is on March 8...they are also growing very best, so there is always chance of offering.They did offering last August--after a small hiccup, they doubled the PPS. It is a great long term IMO

It has, for now! Think they’ve finally gotten their act together. Anyway, contemplating joining you here for an add into the long term portfolio. Another company (Polar Asset Management Partners Inc.) reports holding more than 5% of the share (close to 3 million shares) after Black Rock reported the same. The float keep shrinking and buying big amount of shares by regular traders will be a challenge. IMO
