("HKBN"), a wholly owned subsidy of City Telecom (HK) Limited (NASDAQ:CTEL), is pleased to announce the launch of two new broadband services - bb50 (symmetric 50 Mbps) and bb200 (symmetric 200 Mbps). Furthermore, HKBN will introduce an all new "Special Duty Unit" ("SDU") customer care system whereby every residential broadband customer will be assigned a personal customer care executive. These innovations set new service standards for Hong Kong consumers. Enabled by our self-built Metro Ethernet, HKBN is dedicated to the provision of ultra high speed, stable and symmetrical bandwidth broadband services. We followed up the launch of our bb100 & bb1000 in early 2005, with the bb25 in April 2006, and now, have added further consumer choice with the latest bb50 and bb200 options. bb50 & bb200 are priced at HK$238 (US$30) and HK$688 (US$88) per month respectively. On a cost per Mbps per month basis, HKBN's suite of broadband services offers amongst the best value in the world.
