Arisz Acquisition Extends Period for Business Combination

Special purpose acquisition company Arisz Acquisition said it
will extend the period it has to complete a business combination by
one month, to Oct. 22.
The extension is the fifth of up to nine permitted by the
company's certificate of incorporation.
The company first filed for an initial public offering in
October 2021. At the time, Arisz said it planned to pursue a target
in the healthcare industry.
In January 2022, Arisz said it agreed to a plan of merger with
Finfront Holding, a cryptocurrency mining hardware manufacturer.
Under the terms of the deal, the combined company, BitFuFu, is
expected to become a publicly listed company trading on the
Nasdaq.
