The Company was today informed that following recent purchases of 4,000,000
ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), Billam AG now
holds a total of 74,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.08 per cent. of the
total voting rights of the Company.
