                           Trans-Siberian Gold plc ("the Company")


Application has been made to London Stock Exchange for a total of 1,750,000
Ordinary shares of 10p each to trade on the Alternative Investment Market by way
of a Block admission.


The shares are expected to be issued in connection with exercises of options
from the Company's Share Option Scheme and rank pari passu with the existing
class of Ordinary 10p shares.
