Transaction in own shares 
 
 
Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited (the "Company") announces that 
on 6 Aug 2009 it purchased the following shares of its Cell, Thames River 
Hedge+: 
 
 
Sterling shares2,500,000 at GBP1.1475 
 
 
These Sterling shares will be cancelled.  The Company currently holds 22,165,000 
Sterling shares, 150,000 Euro shares, 420,000 Dollar shares and 400,000 
Realisation shares in treasury. 
 
 
The total number of Sterling shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 
209,070,718, the total number of Euro shares in issue (excluding treasury 
shares) is 6,998,872, the total number of Dollar shares in issue (excluding 
treasury shares) is 22,125,488, and the total number of Realisation shares in 
issue (excluding treasury shares) is 5,927,450. 
 
 
All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. 
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 244,122,528 and 
this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules.
