issued by the Issuer
under the €7,500,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme,
unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of
interest and principal by Skipton Covered Bonds LLP (the
Programme)
Notice is given by the Issuer to the holders of
the Covered Bonds that the Issuer on 8 August 2024 made certain
amendments to the Fixed and Tracker Rate Swap Schedule, Fixed and
Tracker Rate Swap CSA, Administered Rate Swap Schedule and
Administered Rate Swap CSA, each of which forms part of the
Interest Rate Swap Agreement.
These changes were effective on 8
August 2024, and the amended Fixed and Tracker Rate Swap Schedule
and Fixed and Tracker Rate Swap CSA will shortly be available at
the following link:

There are no transactions
outstanding in relation to the Administered Rate Swap Schedule and
Administered Rate Swap CSA.
