New External Auditor Appointment

Following the conclusion of the audit tender process that was authorised by its shareholders at the adjourned annual general meeting of 7 May 2020, PureCircle Limited (LSE: PURE) ("PureCircle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Crowe Malaysia PLT has been engaged as PureCircle's external auditor for the financial year ending 30 June 2020, with effect from 25 June 2020.
